Terms of Service and Assumption of Risks & Indemnity Agreement

By booking a session at Kirakat-Bisztró Kft for either the Beer Spa or Ice Bath services, you agree to these terms of service, as well as our privacy policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on our website.

Agreement to Follow Directions

You agree to observe all posted rules and warnings and follow any oral instructions given by a Kirakat-Bisztró Kft representative. If you notice any significant hazards, you will remove yourself from participation and immediately alert a Kirakat-Bisztró Kft representative.

Assumption of Risks

You acknowledge and agree that the activities involved in both the Beer Spa and Ice Bath services entail significant risks. These risks include but are not limited to physical or mental injury, paralysis, or death arising from factors such as extreme cold, motion, weather conditions, or participant conditions. While precautions may reduce risks, you knowingly assume all known and unknown risks, including those arising from the negligence of Kirakat-Bisztró Kft or others involved.

Release

You release Kirakat-Bisztró Kft, its officers, employees, and associated third parties from any liability for injury, disability, death, or property damage resulting from your participation in either the Beer Spa or Ice Bath services, whether caused by your fault, Kirakat-Bisztró Kft, or others involved.

Age Restriction for Beer Spa

Minors are allowed at the Beer Spa; however, according to Hungarian law, only individuals aged 18 or above can consume alcoholic beverages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Kirakat-Bisztró Kft against all claims or expenses arising from your use of the facilities provided for both the Beer Spa and Ice Bath services.

No Duress

You affirm that you accept this Agreement without pressure or duress and have had a reasonable opportunity to review it before acceptance.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary.

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understand its terms, including the assumption of risks and release of liability. You accept it voluntarily and without inducement.
