Ice Bath + Private BeerSpa at Lukács Bath

Discover the refreshing power of ice bathing in a safe and guided environment, then pamper yourself with a unique BeerSpa experience.
The program consists of two parts:
1. Ice Bath – 30 minutes
You will receive a personalised introduction to the world of ice bathing, where we teach breathing techniques, guide you through a safe immersion in 6 °C water (further cooling available on request), and finish with warming exercises.
Our experts will be with you throughout the entire experience to ensure your comfort and safety.
2. BeerSpa – 45 minutes
After the ice bath, you can relax in one of our acacia wooden tubs filled with fresh thermal water at 36 °C, adjusted to your preferred temperature.
The bath is enriched with natural beer ingredients, and we also serve premium quality Czech draft beer.
