6°C group ice bath experience in a supportive community atmosphere.
Each session starts with a short breathing exercise to help prepare your body and mind for the cold and to teach you how to stay calm and focused during the plunge.
Contrast Bath
• Tuesday at 18:00
Alternating between hot and cold water immersion – each participant gets their own private hot thermal barrel after the ice bath.
Price: 3500 HUF / person

Don’t worry – everything will be explained and shown to you in English on site.
If this is your very first time, we recommend joining our Ice Bath Introductory Class, where we can guide you one-on-one through your first plunge.
