Terms of Service and Assumption of Risks & Indemnity Agreement<\/h2>\n\n

By booking a session at Kirakat-Bisztr\u00f3 Kft for either the Beer Spa or Ice Bath services, you agree to these terms of service, as well as our privacy policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on our website.<\/p>\n\n

Agreement to Follow Directions<\/h3>\n

You agree to observe all posted rules and warnings and follow any oral instructions given by a Kirakat-Bisztr\u00f3 Kft representative. If you notice any significant hazards, you will remove yourself from participation and immediately alert a Kirakat-Bisztr\u00f3 Kft representative.<\/p>\n\n

Assumption of Risks<\/h3>\n

You acknowledge and agree that the activities involved in both the Beer Spa and Ice Bath services entail significant risks. These risks include but are not limited to physical or mental injury, paralysis, or death arising from factors such as extreme cold, motion, weather conditions, or participant conditions. While precautions may reduce risks, you knowingly assume all known and unknown risks, including those arising from the negligence of Kirakat-Bisztr\u00f3 Kft or others involved.<\/p>\n\n

Release<\/h3>\n

You release Kirakat-Bisztr\u00f3 Kft, its officers, employees, and associated third parties from any liability for injury, disability, death, or property damage resulting from your participation in either the Beer Spa or Ice Bath services, whether caused by your fault, Kirakat-Bisztr\u00f3 Kft, or others involved.<\/p>\n\n

Age Restriction<\/h3>\n

Both the Beer Spa and Ice Bath services are only available to individuals under the age of 18 if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. According to Hungarian law, only individuals aged 18 or above may consume alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n\n

Indemnification<\/h3>\n

You agree to indemnify and defend Kirakat-Bisztr\u00f3 Kft against all claims or expenses arising from your use of the facilities provided for both the Beer Spa and Ice Bath services.<\/p>\n\n

No Duress<\/h3>\n

You affirm that you accept this Agreement without pressure or duress and have had a reasonable opportunity to review it before acceptance.<\/p>\n\n

Governing Law<\/h3>\n

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary.<\/p>\n\n

Jewelry Disclaimer<\/h3>\n

Please note that wearing jewelry during bathing activities may result in discoloration or damage due to exposure to water, heat, chemicals, or other environmental factors. In some cases, the discoloration may be permanent. Kirakat-Bisztr\u00f3 Kft is not responsible for any changes to the condition of your jewelry. We kindly ask that you remove all jewelry before participating in the Beer Spa or Ice Bath services.<\/p>\n\n

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understand its terms, including the assumption of risks and release of liability.
